📦 Refund & Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality and care of every product we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

🔁 Returns

Due to the nature of our products (personal care, skincare, and hygiene items), we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used. However, if your product arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (e.g. order number, receipt) must be provided

  • You must notify us within 72 hours of delivery

💰 Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only processed in the following situations:

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged item on arrival

  • Order cancelled before dispatch

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp once processed.

🚫 Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Used/opened products

  • Custom or bulk orders

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

🚚 Shipping for Returns

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
